This policy covers upearlyskin.com, run by Up Early. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email and phone number, when you place an order or write to us.
• Your shipping and billing addresses, to deliver your order and check your payment.
• What you ordered and when, so we can handle returns and answer questions.
• Your IP address and basic device details at checkout, to help prevent fraud on your card and ours.

Card details

You type your card number into encrypted fields run by our payment provider. The card number never reaches our servers, and we can’t see it. We only receive the card brand, the last four digits and whether the payment went through.

What we do with it

• Process, ship and support your order.
• Prevent fraud and answer chargebacks.
• Send order and shipping emails. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, such as our payment provider, shipping carriers and email service, and only as much as each needs.

Cookies and storage

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email help@upearlyskin.com. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, then delete them.
