Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). If sales tax applies to your order, it’s included in the total shown before you pay. We charge your card when you place the order, and your statement will show UPEAR. If a price on the site is wrong, we’ll tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Where we sell

We sell to customers with a US shipping address. We don’t ship internationally or to freight forwarders.

Using the products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Read the directions and warnings on each product page and label. Patch test before first use and stop if irritation develops. Don’t use the retinal serum if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, and ask a doctor first if you’re being treated for a skin condition. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Sets and promotions

Halloween sale. From Friday, October 30 at 12:00 AM Eastern until Sunday, November 1 at 11:59 PM Eastern, every product on the site, sets included, is 20% off its listed price. The discount is applied automatically, with no code. It covers products only, not shipping or tax, and free shipping is based on your order total after the discount. It doesn’t apply to orders placed before or after those times, and it can’t be combined with a discount code. If you return a sale item, the refund is the sale price you paid.

• Set prices are fixed and already lower than buying the pieces separately.
• Any discount code we issue states its amount and expiry date. One code per order. Codes can’t be combined with each other, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.
• If you return part of a discounted order, the refund is what you actually paid for that item.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is a refund of what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
