Can I use the morning and night lines together?
Yes, that's what they're built for. Use the four Up Early products in the morning and the four Up Late products at night. The only rule is to keep the retinal serum at night and wear sunscreen during the day.
I've never used retinal. How should I start?
Use the 0.05% Retinal Night Serum two or three nights a week for the first two weeks, then every other night, then nightly if your skin is comfortable. Some dryness or flaking early on is normal. If your skin stings or stays red, drop back a step. Don't use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is everything fragrance-free?
Yes. None of the eight products has added fragrance or essential oils. Some ingredients have a faint natural smell of their own.
Do you make a sunscreen?
Not yet. Finish the morning routine with whichever sunscreen you already like. Everything in Up Early is designed to sit underneath it without pilling.
What if a product doesn't agree with my skin?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it, even if it's opened. The returns page has the details.
