Where we ship

We ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO and PO boxes. We don’t ship outside the United States yet, and we can’t accept orders that will be forwarded abroad.

What it costs

• Free on orders of $50 or more, before tax.
• $5.95 flat on orders under $50.

How long it takes

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after that. You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

Lost or late packages

If tracking hasn’t moved in 5 business days, or it says delivered and you don’t have it, email help@upearlyskin.com. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address

Email us as soon as you can. We can change the address until the order ships. After that, the carrier decides whether it can be redirected.
