What it does
Retinal (retinaldehyde) is one step closer to what skin actually uses than retinol, so a small amount goes a long way. It's encapsulated here to keep irritation down. Give it 8 to 12 weeks and skin looks smoother, with fewer visible fine lines. Bisabolol and squalane keep it comfortable while you build up.

How to use it
- Start two or three nights a week, then build up to nightly.
- Apply three drops to clean, dry skin. Avoid the eyelids and the corners of the nose.
- Follow with the night cream. Wear sunscreen during the day.
